Mission Statement

To provide compassionate and respectful hospice care and grief services to individuals and families facing life threatening illness or the death of a loved one in partnership with the communities we serve.

Goals 2009 – 2010

  • Preserve and enhance the highest level of professional and compassionate care to our hospice patients and families.
  • Provide a comprehensive bereavement program including individual and group grief counseling to patient families and the community.
  • Offer our patient care and bereavement services at no cost to the patient/families and the community.
  • Provide hospice and grief support services for the Latino community.
  • Commitment to provide community education about end-of-life care.

You can make a donation in memory of your loved one, or a general donation to support either Hospice of Petaluma or Memorial Hospice programs.

Light Up A Life

A community celebration of cherished memories. For four weeks, three majestic evergreen trees are illuminated by hundreds of bright, clear lights. Each light symbolizes the life, hope and dreams of a loved one.

Human Race

Join Hospice Services by running, walking or gathering pledges in this fun-filled community event. Money raised will support hospice care and bereavement services for the community.

Papa Murphy's Hospice Classic
