Our Legacy Circle was created to honor those thoughtful benefactors who have invested in Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital's future by establishing a deferred planned gift through a will, trust, life income or life insurance program. We invite you to become a member of our Legacy Circle and join these generous visionaries who are shaping Memorial's future. By such a commitment, you are ensuring that Sonoma County and the surrounding areas will have an outstanding regional medical center that cares for the needs of all.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Let the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Foundation know that you want to include us in your estate plans, or that you already have included the Hospital in your plans. Fill out our enrollment form and mail it to us. A membership confirmation letter will be mailed to you. There is no minimum commitment required for membership in the Legacy Circle, nor is proof of a commitment necessary. Members of the Legacy Circle may remain anonymous; all information will be kept strictly confidential.
Our Legacy Circle Luncheon 
Our annual Legacy Circle Luncheon is held to recognize and honor those thoughtful and generous benefactors who have chosen to support Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital through charitable estate and planned gifts. These gifts are vital to Memorial's future. They ensure that our hospital will have the resources to remain at the forefront of medical technology, to respond to changing community needs, and to change and save the lives of generations to come.
