Life Learning Classes

Life Learning Center (LLC) is a unique education department for SJHS-SC employees, volunteers and family members.  Classes are developed to support employees in mind, body and spirit, while also encouraging their professional and personal development. Life Learning Center is a benefit of employment at SJHS-SC, and most classes are free of charge. Wide ranges of classes are offered, including:

• Management/Leadership Development (Manager’s Toolkit year-long program, Facilitative Leadership, Selecting for Success, Performance Management, etc.)
• Professional Development (Feedback Skills, Listening Skills, Dealing with Difficult Behavior, Project Management, Presenting with Confidence, etc.)
• Health & Wellness (Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Nutrition, Meditation, Healthy Cooking, etc.)
• Lifestyle Classes (Financial Planning, Gardening, Expressive Arts, etc.)
• Over 200 hours of Continuing Education every year for SJHS clinical staff. 

Life Learning Center is located at 1144 Montgomery Drive, Santa Rosa (directly across the street from Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital).  Classes are held at various SJHS-SC facilities.  Business hours are Monday-Friday,
7:30am-5pm.
